An independent Thomas Happ Games studio in a conversation with the IGN portal confirmed the transfer of the planned release of its ambitious Metriculum Axiom Verge 2 to a later date.
Recall, initially Axiom Verge 2 was announced for autumn 2020, however, in October 2020, the Creator Axiom Verge Thomas Happ (Thomas Happ) reported on the transfer of the game at the 2021th.
As it turned out from the publication of IGN, after the first delay, the HAPP hoped to have time to release Axiom Verge 2 at the beginning of 2021, but it was not destined to come true to these ideas.
From now on, the premiere of AXIOM VERGE 2 is scheduled for the third quarter (that is, the period from July to September) of this year. In the designated time interval, the game is expected to PC (Epic Games Store) and Nintendo SWITCH.
According to HAPPA, Axiom Verge 2 will come for an extra time. In addition, the delay will allow an independent game designer to avoid burnout and unjustified processing.
As a moral compensation for the next transfer of Axiom Verge 2 HAPP published a documentary film about creating the first part. You can watch the tape for free on YouTube Channel IGN (video attached above).
In February, it became known that the PC version of AXIOM VERGE 2 would be a temporary exclusive Epic Games Store. HAPP explained his decision by the financial side of the transaction and promised that before Steam “In the end” the project will also get.
