The former senior editor Game Informer Imran Khan (Imran Khan) in the material on the Fanbyte portal website shared new details allegedly preparing to the Final Fantasy branch announcement.
Recall, the other day, the Soulshunt insider reported that Square Enix was enlisted by the Team Ninja (Ninja Gaiden, Nioh, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT) to develop a PS5 exclusive Final Fantasy Origin in the Spirit of Souls-Games like the same Nioh.
Sources of Khan and Fanbyte confirmed voiced Soulshunt information and added more details to it. First, we are not talking about a full exclusive, and temporary – after some period after the PS5, the project will appear on the PC.
Secondly, Square Enix in the summer of this year plans to release the alpha version of Final Fantasy Origin called Stranger in Paradise to collect feedback on the game – it is still at an early stage of development.
Thirdly, Final Fantasy Origin allegedly becomes more affordable than NiOH and other games in the genre. For the project, most of its same people are responsible for the project, which did Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, but there are no hard limits between Team Ninja teams.
Han claims that Final Fantasy Origin will be one of the nails of the upcoming E3 show of Square Enix, “significant parts” of which (including the logo of the game and plans for the demo) hit the network.
E3 2021 will be held from 12 to 15 June of the current year solely in digital format. In addition to Final Fantasy Origin, Square Enix, by rumors, will show the following project Eidos Montreal (Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Mankind Divided) as part of the exhibition.
