Japanese action RPG Kingdom Hearts III will be released on PC more than two years after its release on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Square Enix plans to sell it only in the Epic Games Store, where system requirements were recently published.

To play at minimum graphics settings, Square Enix indicated that a PC with an Intel Core i5-3330 3.0 GHz or AMD Ryzen R3 1200 3.1 GHz processor, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2 GB graphics card or an AMD Radeon R7 260X 2 GB, 8 GB of RAM, as well as 75 GB of free disk space.

For a comfortable game in Kingdom Hearts III, the developer recommends at least the following assembly:

  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit;
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4 GHz or AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.1 GHz;
  • Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB or AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8 GB;
  • RAM: 8 GB;
  • Free disk space: 75 GB.

Kingdom Hearts III is the final installment of the Dark Master Zeanort saga. The game takes place after Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, where Sora and Riku were taking the Keyblade Master seal exam. After that, Sora goes to recuperate, and Donald Duck and Goofy will help him with this. Ultimately, their goal is to prevent Organization XIII from taking over the world and plunging it into darkness. The PC edition also includes the Re Mind expansion, which continues the game’s storyline.

Kingdom Hearts III will be released on PC on March 30, 2021.
