The Chinese company Chuwi, a developer of computers with original characteristics, is preparing to release another novelty – a CoreBook Pro laptop on the Intel hardware platform.
The device is equipped with a 13.2-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels. This panel occupies 85% of the surface area of the lid. We are talking about 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color space.
In order to reduce the total cost of new items, the developers decided to use the sixth generation Core processor: we are talking about the Core i3-6157U chip, which was released back in 2016. This Skylake product contains two cores (four threads) clocked at 2.4 GHz.
The laptop’s arsenal includes 8GB of DDR4 RAM, a 256GB solid state drive, USB Type-C, USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a standard 3.5mm audio jack, a microSD card slot, and a webcam. The device weighs approximately 1.34 kg.
The Chuwi CoreBook Pro is priced at 99. The laptop will be delivered with Windows 10. The computer is suitable for everyday office tasks, surfing the Internet, etc.
