Honor brand, owned by Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei, today officially announced the MagicBook Pro 2020 Ryzen Edition laptop.
The laptop is built on an AMD hardware platform. Buyers will be able to choose between versions with a Ryzen 5 4600H processor and a Ryzen 7 48000H. Unfortunately, for none of the versions is it possible to install a discrete graphics accelerator.
The screen with a diagonal of 16.1 inches has a resolution of Full HD – 1920 × 1080 pixels. The width of the upper and side frames is 4.9 mm, so the display occupies 90% of the surface area of the cover. Stated 100% coverage of sRGB color space.
The amount of RAM DDR4 RAM is 16 GB. For data storage, a fast PCIe NVMe SSD with a capacity of 512 GB is responsible.
The equipment includes a retractable webcam, surround sound system, USB Type-C and USB Type-A ports, HDMI, a standard 3.5 mm audio jack and a fingerprint scanner.
The cooling system includes heat pipes and a SharkFin Dual Fan 2.0 fan. Dimensions of the portable computer – 369 × 234 × 16.9 mm, weight – 1.7 kg.
The Ryzen 5 4600H version costs approximately $ 670, and the Ryzen 7 48000H processor costs approximately $ 740.
