Network sources report that the next month the Chinese company Realme planned a presentation at least two productive smartphones with the support of the fifth generation cellular (5G): devices will debut on June 18.
One of the new products will receive the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. The chip combines eight Kryo 585 kernels with a clock frequency of up to 3.2 GHz, Adreno 650 graphic block and Snapdragon X55 5G cellular modem.
Another device will be equipped with a SnapDragon 778G processor – about the preparation of a device that has the Quicksilver code name, previously declared the Realme itself. The Snapdragon 778G product has absorbed eight Kryo 670 cores with a clock frequency of up to 2.4 GHz, the Adreno 642L accelerator and the built-in SNAPDRAGON X53 5G modem.
Internet resources note that preparing smartphones will become the first REALME devices on these processors. The technical characteristics of devices are not disclosed, but it is possible to make an assumption about the presence of a Full HD + format screen, at least 6 GB of RAM and a multi-module rear chamber with a major sensor with a resolution of 48 million pixels or more.
According to IDC calculations, in the first quarter of this year 345.5 million smartphones were supplied in the world. This is a quarter more result for the same period last year.
