The attention of network users has been chained for some time for the coming introduction of Loseless-audio support in Apple Music. Earlier it was reported that neither one of the apple’s wireless headphones will not allow users to enjoy audio recordings without loss of quality. However, now Apple reported that Airpods Max will be able to boast such an opportunity, but it should not count on Hi-Res.
Apple stated that when connecting AIRPODS MAX to devices to play Loseless-audio from Apple Music by means of a cable, users will be able to listen to audio in the format without loss, but only basic quality. Hi-Res support was not possible, since the Lightning cable ↔ 3.5 mm is combined with an analog-to-digital converter affecting sound quality.
Apple also confirmed that the Loseless audio support will receive HOMEPOD and HomePod Mini smart columns, but it does not immediately happen, and together “with future software updates”.
