Intel officially presented its most productive processors of the Tiger Lake-U family: the presentation took place in the framework of the COMPUTEX 2021 digital exhibition, which was opened today, on May 31.
Core i7-1195G7 and Core i5-1155G7 chips made their debut. Both of them contain four computing kernels with the possibility of simultaneous processing of eight instruction flows.
The processor includes an Intel IRIS XE graphics accelerator. Supported operation with DDR4-3200 and LPDDR4X-4266 operational memory.
The Core i7-1195G7 chip operates on a clock frequency of 2.9 GHz with the ability to increase to 5.0 GHz. The Core i5-1155G7 product has 2.5 and 4.5 GHz, respectively. The frequency of the graphic subsystem is 1.4 and 1.35 GHz.
It is noted that over 60 devices on new processors will be available until the end of this year. This, in particular, laptops Acer, Asus, Lenovo and MSI.
In addition, the Intel presentation announced the 5G Solution 5000 modem, made in the Mc format M.2, which the company developed in conjunction with MediaTek. The device is compatible with global cellular networks 5G NR, functioning in the frequency range below 6 GHz.
The declared data transfer rate reaches 4.7 Gbps towards the subscriber and 1.25 Gb / s in the opposite direction. It is said about compatibility with 4G LTE and 3G WCDMA networks. In addition, ESIM technology support is implemented.
